I dug a rotten post out of its hole, mostly by hand, and installed a tall post which will be central to the new trellis for the grapes I'd like to grow by the driveway. The other posts need to be extended. I'm making up the plan one step at a time (not the design, but the plan) so I spend most of my time staring at the space or the wood or the screws. In this image, the extended post is not affixed but is just ballanced there.
