Bathroom surprises

After returning home from my department lunch and the liqueur store (the lunch was next door to the liqueur store, not at it, although that would have been a novel idea), I faced a sobering surprise: the bathroom was leaking again! The tub faucet was the culprit as it was seeping water backwards through the wall to drip down below. My ceiling on the kitchen is removed again to inspect and help dry it out. Fortunately the plumber arrived and was able to fix it without cutting into the walls again. We are back on track. Margaret is painting the window trim so the final steps are few.
