Backyard Baker

I had my doubts at first, especially when all his breads at the beginning seemed to be overly fancy seven grain bs things, but with the straight forward baguettes and the raisin bread which is to die for, I've bought into the idea of the weekly pre-ordered artisan "Back Yard Baker" model.
