My grad student Jingyi defended her MFA today. It's been a long road and there are still some things to fix, but she was successful. Quite a day. So busy that we didn't manage to go out to eat, as is tradition, but rather I went back to my classroom for the final day of one of my Film 200 classes. Still so busy but the end is near. Congratulations Jingyi.
