Apple Sauce

This was the entire apple harvest from our tree this year. It is rotting an a couple main branches broke off last year. I was going to replace it this year but with the garage fire, I didn't want to do any big back-yard projects. 

Needed to cook this late in the evening since the weather is so hot. Overall it took about 4-5 hours.
