Socially active day

I was up early editing today, thinking I would make a huge day of it, and it was lucky that I did as the day took many turns. William has an online class in the late morning so I left him to work in peace in the computer room as I took a break and assembled a shelf for the cold room (above). Richard and Gerda wrote and invited us to come by their back yard where we got to hear about their New Zealand trip (lots of great beaches, but also many strange events that made the vacation less than ideal). I returned cameras.
We sparked up a fire after supper and Allan dropped in for our test run of over the fire popcorn (which was perfect). I'll need to devise a system for melting the butter on the fire, then we'll be set.
