New waffles and new movies

We broke in the baby yoda waffle maker that Allan gave William for his birthday last week. It works well enough -- within parameters -- but in my view the food that it makes is more or less a pancake with a few indentations rather than a proper waffle. Much of the result is thick like a pancake rather than having crispy edges throughout. 

While I was out visiting dad (who was in a rather cheerful mood and quite talkative) William had his friends Griffin and David over to make a movie. No idea what it is about. We fed the gang and they went at it until late.
