Margaret went to Saskatoon all day with Terry to help with her pottery sale yesterday. After the door was installed, I was going to take William for lunch. Of course he wanted to go to the Mercury. As we were going to the car, he asked "How does something become familiar?". The conundrum is, if you only like familiar things, then the process of experiencing something repeatedly until it becomes familiar is very difficult. This led us to alter course and go to the Ngoc Vietnamese restaurant on 11th Avenue. William had the lemon grass vermicelli with shrimp (#99), although he refused to add the extra sauce. Small steps.
