I have had a very large turkey in my freezer since earlier this fall when they were on sale and today I roasted it up. About 20 pounds. Supper was extra fine and there should be left overs for at least a week.
I am a filmmaker and professor in the Department of Film in the Faculty of Media, Art, and Performance (MAP) at the University of Regina in Canada.
