perfect peach pie

When I got home this evening, I was greeted with the best peach pie I've ever had. The crust was perfect. The filling  was still warm but not runny. The sweetness was right on the mark and the rhubarb which was mixed in was not stringy. It was very difficult not to have more than one piece (I'm sure we'll polish it off for breakfast).
