William feeling unworthy of holding the greatest cartoon |
Regina born comic artist Dakota McFadzean was back in town this weekend to launch his new book, "Other Stories and the Horse You Rode In On". He did a talk in the RPL theatre, followed by a book signing and then a workshop. William and I went (while Margaret worked it). William was really into it because of a super funny strip he did a couple of weeks ago that we still laugh about which involves
a guy talking to his hands. In his talk, Dakota talked about doing his daily strips and worrying about running out of ideas. Eventually he realized that there were unlimited ideas and it just a matter of how much sleep you get to be able to communicate them.
