Vacation 4 - Aquarium

We packed up the beach house to head to Portland for the rest of our trip. Before leaving the area, we lunched at a great micro-brewery/restaurant (Rogue) and went to the aquarium. The aquarium had various seals and puffins in outdoor enclosures while inside you could pet starfish. Best of all was a very cool Plexiglas tunnel where you can be immersed in water where large fish, octopus, rays, and sharks are swimming. I found it a bit unsettling, probably partially due to the echoy noise and the kids running around behind me while I was trying to view the whole scene through the back of my camera. Driving the van was a bit easier in the daylight.
