William begins piano lessons

 William started piano lessons this evening. He came home and started pecking away recognizable tunes. He's better than I was after I had taken lessons for two years. He is already having fun and satisfaction.
In a surprise coincidence, I ran into Chuck Gilhooly, an old friend from film school, who was also taking his son for a music lesson. Wow, it was great to catch up. He is an electrician now, glad that he changed careers before the tax credit was lost.
