Parent's new condo

 My parents bought a condo. We took a tour of it for the first time. It's a really good size with two full bathrooms, a balcony, laundry room, and a spacious living/dining room. I had envisioned it being smaller and would bring to an end her ability to host holiday meals, but to the contrary, she's hoping to hold Christmas with all of us there. William likes it, I think more than he likes their house. She'll be painting and replacing all the carpet with hardwood before moving in.
