Surprisingly quiet day amongst so many possibilities...

William's cousins, Katherine and Kristin, arrived today. We saw them for a short while before lunch but George quickly whisked them off to the farm for the day. That was okay since we were expecting a rather busy day given that Griffin is also in town. William called him at lunch time but found that he was doing something with family today. Paul is usually over every Thursday but he was unexpectedly busy and Margaret had to work. In the end, while I'd expected the house to be loud with people, it was quiet. I did some class prep, hung the second mirror in the back yard (on the newly repaired fence) and William and I went to the Slate Gallery together (cream puffs were at the perfect temperature, very cold without being frozen).
