Space hunting in downtown Regina

With Berny, Ian, and Chrystene, we checked a couple of really interesting spaces for rental this afternoon. One was beside the Holiday Inn on 11th and Rose and would be a huge shift for us, possibly for the better, but we always have to consider things we lose with each gain. It has large open areas and windows facing the downtown at street level. While spacious, I don't think it includes this "kitchen" area (below), but we were uncertain.
